Please answer a questionnaire that will allow us to learn about your medical history and information relevant to your procedure. This ensures a personalized and safe assessment.
2. Send Photographs of the Area to be Evaluated
Please send clear images showing the anatomical features of the area you wish to treat. These photos will help us to make a more accurate assessment.
